I found my debit card. It had slipped into a perfect debit card sized hiding spot between the passenger seat and the console in my car. It took me two sweeps to finally see the little sucker.
I also happened to find this guy:
It's from October 2004, clear back before the YouTube existed. I was two months home from my mission and visiting Katie in Boston. We went to the Head of the Charles, watched the 5th (or 4th?) game of the World Series, visited Paul Revere and ate cannoli. It was such a treat.
Also, I remembered pants for the gym today.

Hi Emily! Yes, the newest addition to the fam damily got here in Nov. I'm still listening to the mix cds you sent me and I've added to my cd collection based on their tracks :) I was looking through your blog and I love that you got your picture taken next to the Rothko! He is one of my very favorite artists. Your debit card story made me feel less alone as an airhead:) I'm always feeling idiotic for being absent minded. I can never find my keys, forget the diaper bag until I get to the sitter's house, have an expired driver's license, the list could go on. I've locked my son in the car...twice. Yep. It's good to know that there are other people out there with their head in the clouds. I really admire you giving up candy for lent! Did that include chocolate? I would be suicidal by the end of a day without my chocolate chip stash in the freezer. Good to hear from you! That was a really long comment. Keep in touch! By the way, I'm going to be in slc in June and we should get together!
awww! where did we even find that photobooth? harvard square?
come to boston again, when it's warm and fun and I'M warm and fun. you got cheated last time.
